Digital Products
You have 30 Days from when you place your order to request your return.
If you are requesting the return because you are unsure of how to load it to your e-reader, we highly encourage you to reach out to our customer support team first.

Physical Products
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and offer a 100% refund in the event that a damaged or faulty item is delivered.
In the case of a return, all goods must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, and include proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email kylewest@kylewestbooks.com with the subject line of "Returns" and provide your order number, name, and reason for return.
We will provide instructions on where to send the returned goods, and it is advisable to get proof of postage in case the package gets lost.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping on returned items. Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund.
If it is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
