To ask for a refund for an e-book or audiobook, email kylewest@kylewestbooks.com or reach out via the in store chat box.

If you want a refund because you're having trouble loading your book to your e-reader, we kindly request that you reach out to BookFunnel for help: help@bookfunnel.com.

Physical Products

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you get something that's damaged or not working, we'll refund you 100%.

If you need to return something, all items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.

To start the return process, email kylewest@kylewestbooks.com. Put "Returns" in the subject line and tell us your order number, your name, and why you want to return it. We'll tell you where to send it back.

It's a good idea to get a shipping receipt in case it gets lost. You'll need to pay for return shipping.

After we get the item and check for damages, we'll email you to let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, 100% of the money you paid will be back in your account soon, using the way you originally paid.
