To initiate a request for a refund of an ebook or audiobook, please direct your email to kylewest@kylewestbooks.com and provide the following documentation:

  1. A copy of the purchase receipt.
  2. The reason for the refund request.

If you are seeking a refund due to any difficulties encountered while using our product with your e-reader, kindly attach a copy of the email correspondence with our support department to your refund request. They can be reached at help@bookfunnel.com.

Please be advised that without this essential information, refunds will not be processed.

Physical Products

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and offer a 100% refund in the event that a damaged or faulty item is delivered.

In the case of a return, all goods must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, and include proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email kylewest@kylewestbooks.com with the subject line of "Returns" and provide your order number, name, and reason for return.

We will provide instructions on where to send the returned goods, and it is advisable to get proof of postage in case the package gets lost.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping on returned items. Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund.

If it is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
