Digital Products
We do not offer returns on digital products under any circumstance.
As soon as you purchase an e-book or audiobook, it gets instantly delivered to your inbox. There is no way for our automated system to return it.
We have this policy in place to protect the author from being taken advantage of.
The only exception is if you accidentally purchase a duplicate digital item. In that case, we can refund you if a request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
If you purchased a digital book and can't find it, please ensure you're checking the right email and check your spam folder.
If nothing, please check your BookFunnel library. You can find this at my.bookfunnel.com. Your email is your login.
You can also install the BookFunnel app and login that way.
If you still cannot find your book, your next step is to reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com.
Physical Products
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and offer a 100% refund in the event that a damaged or faulty item is delivered.
In the case of a return, all goods must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, and include proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email kylewest@kylewestbooks.com with the subject line of "Returns" and provide your order number, name, and reason for return.
We will provide instructions on where to send the returned goods, and it is advisable to get proof of postage in case the package gets lost.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping on returned items. Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund.
If it is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
